Garage Gals didn’t start as “just another junk removal business.

It started as an idea rooted in empowerment, responsibility, and community. I wanted to create a business where women could learn real, transferable business skills — from customer service and logistics to pricing, problem-solving, and leadership — while doing work that actually matters. Too often, women are boxed out of hands-on industries or told certain work “isn’t for them.” Garage Gals exists to challenge that narrative and prove that women can build strong, profitable businesses in spaces traditionally dominated by men — and do it with heart.

At the same time, I saw how much usable stuff ends up in landfills simply because people don’t know what to do with it. Garage Gals is deeply committed to responsible recycling, upcycling, donating, and ethical disposal. We don’t believe “junk removal” should automatically mean “dump it all.” If something can be reused, donated, or given a second life, we take the extra step to make that happen — because sustainability isn’t a trend, it’s a responsibility.

At its core, Garage Gals is about helping people reclaim their space while doing good along the way — for the environment, for our community, and for the women building something bigger than a side hustle. We turn chaos into clarity, clutter into opportunity, and garages into spaces that actually serve your life again.
